Well, the good news is that extra bitchy Viscountess me managed to perform a minor miracle and get how much it's going to cost down to eight thousand. Still not cheap, but not an insurmountable amount. Even so, Lucy will at least have to approve of the idea.
Seeing how the rest of the house would be the one stuck with the tab should anything happen to me.
